If you have ever tasted Mexico cuisine, you must think about how the people can find and cook such delicious and unique food. Like the other traditional foods, Mexico cuisine has its own history. When the colonizers arrived in downtown of Aztec tribe (now Mexico City), they found that people there did the diet by consuming food made from all corn.

Corn was processed with chilli and spices herbs that were added with different kinds of beans, tomatoes, and potatoes. The diet foods at that time also covered vanilla, avocado, guava fruit, papaya, sweet potato, pineapple, soup, peanut, achiote, huitlacoche, turkeys and fish. In the 1520s, Spain people who invaded Mexico introduced the various types of livestock such as poultry, chickens, goats, sheep, and pigs. Then the rice, wheat and jam were coming together with olive oil, grapes, almonds, and more seasoning. Typical cuisine with original cuisine from Spain which was then adjusted to the diet of Aztec tribe had given rise to new types of food, i.e. food Mexico. Cuisine of Mexico that has been mixed with stir fried dishes of the Southwest United States such as Texas formed one category of unique dishes that are really well known by the name Tex Mex.

Some of the types of food in Mexico are burritos, guacamole, nachos, quesadilla, tacos, nachos and tortillas. Burrito tortillas are made of wheat filled with a variety of meats such as beef, chicken, or pork. The meat was cooked and it was filled up in a tortilla rolls. Meanwhile, guacamole is a traditional food of Mexico made from basic materials combined with avocado and lemon salt. Another type of the food is nachos. This food consists of tortilla chips smothered in melted cheese. Now it has many variations with nacho retains chips tortilla as a base. Quesadilla is a typical food of Mexico and Tex-Mex which contains (most popular) liquid cheese in tortilla corn or tortilla flour. Tortillas are flat bread without yeast.
